On March 18, 2009, Tauscher announced that she had accepted the position of Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security.

What U.S. needs to do is to reduce their nuke to ZERO and keep building their Missile Shield and put them near border of Russian, China, Korea or any other Nation with nukes.

This will forced them to reduces their own nukes
