EA has this stupid thing where you can only play multiplayer at a certain age, does anybody know what that age is? (Last time I rented skate 2/ Army of Two I couldn't do multiplayer.)

yeh, be careful when you set up an account on xbox live, if they are originally under 18 when you sign up it will be locked forever as a child account and you will unable to do anything multiplayer
