@ColonelGhostman The Taliban film their attacks for training and propaganda purposes we later recover many of these videos when we raid their bases. The English voice was probably added after the video had been recovered and turned over to intelligence and journalists. I have seen many videos like this. Some are equally as stupid as this one, and in some they are successful in their attacks.
