  • Fruit makes me so cold! I'm transitioning into LFRV from High Raw & cooked. I would like to feel warmer... maybe being cold is part of detox when we first start out..?

  • @SarahsHolisticHealth Put the heating on? lol, at first it just make take some getting used to. I found that the more I exercise and therefore increase fitness, metabolism and blood flow, the warmer I feel despite eating frozen fruit smoothies in winter! (and believe me I am a sun-worshipper, I hate the cold). Get moving, work up a sweat before you eat :-)

  • @SarahsHolisticHealth I just took up skipping, I can only dp about 5-7 minutes but my god it makes me hot, the heat lasts for several hours and I am sat here in summer clothes, heating off, window open and eating melon! I used to be the kinda gal that had the heating on in summer. It will get better :-)

  • Do you supplement vitamin D?

  • @grassrootsvegan No I don't actually, the body can store vitamin D for about 6 months so I make sure I get plenty of sun exposure during the sunnier months to carry me through the darker half of the year. I am also planning on moving somewhere much warmer and sunnier this year too :-)

  • wonderful video ;)

common sense always goes towards vegan rawfood

u may wanna do some research on the climate lie about co2, because as they do with food they do with all other things, lie lie and lie

climate change is as far as my research goes related to the sun primarily and co2 emisions have nothing to do with it. yet they do modify the weather with chemtrails and haarp.

so do yourself a favour and go behind the climate crap to see the truth

    love

  • @pupspepper Thank you :-) Yes I know all about HAARP and Chemtrails, I even took pictures of some over my house a few years back.

lol, i can't live without the heating atm! I work out everyday, but not always before i have my first smoothie or juice. I will try doing that and see if it helps.. Thanks xx

  • @asmygeelong fats go to fat cells and sugar goes to muscle (and liver) there is no fat or sugar map that takes things to the 'legs' or 'middle' that is not how metabolism works. I suggest some further studies on biology in particualt metabolic pathways and physiology as what you are saying is scientificly invalid

  • @asmygeelong What research says this? from studies I have read fat around the middle is related to high cortisol levels which are caused by stimulant use (drugs like caffeine, chocolate, refined sugar sports drinks etc) and stress. Check out all the fruitarian athletes that abound, they have flat stomachs which ripple with muscle. Studies done on isolated fructose cannot be extrapolated to whole fruit - this doesn't make scientific sense
