Sorry guys, the video format from my blackberry crashes my editing software so I had to upload in separate parts. part 3 was standalone; part 1 and 2 were supposed to be together.

I want to thank everyone for their kind words on my explanation video; I'm sorry I didn't reply to everyone - it got to the point where after replying to about 3 people I was just repeating myself over and over, lol. I do sincerely thank each and every one of you, however!

  • Ahh haha this was great! As a Canadian student myself it was so funny to see all the books you have that I also had to read in high school. The Chrysalids made me laugh... that book has some great memories attached to it bahah. We had to act out scenes from it in class and it just got so out of control.

  • @WhisperMeLovely LMAO! I can only imagine. The part where the cousins are 'making love under the trees' haha! Ridiculous! Love that book though. Just seems like a REALLY odd choice to have you guys act out, seeing as the curriculum is loaded with so many plays anyway... A Raisin in the Sun, Inherit the Wind, The Crucible, Shakespeare... your comment made me happy, however!

  • Looking through book collections is one of my favourite things - thank you so much for this video :)

  • @WhisperPloy Thank you so much for watching :) I have a third part to upload later.

  • Wow ~ John Wyndham - The Chrysalids. I love that book. I have several of his books. Very cool!

  • @halholbrookspussy I've never read any of his other works; I currently have a stack of 35 Babysitters Club Books to read (I own about 70 - don't judge, it's nostalgia from my childhood LOL!), I'm going through them at a rate of 2-3 per day, then I'll be looking for something else to read, so maybe I'll finally pay off my library late fees :)

  • I saw a kitty! D'awww. Cuuute.

  • This video (and the 2nd) had my head tingling all over - absolutely loved it!

  • This is delicious, 'true' ASMR, if that makes sense to you. You have exquisite taste, dear.

  • your teachers must have loved you considering how many of those books you read for fun :) i was like that in highschool too! this was SO relaxing, thank you :))

  • @searo123 Not a problem! This actually was productive for me, as well, since I desperately needed to sort that mess. An hour alter, my room was livable once more :)

  • @xVancha Hey, he's probably written other, better books. And to be totally fair - in its day, The Guns of Navarone was hugely popular, there's a movie and such. The IDEA of the book was interesting, I just didn't like how it was written. Which leads me to wonder what's more important - the story or its construction? Your comment actually made me ponder that for a good hour or two last night when I read it!
