http://www.ntv.co.ke The Hague option is becoming more eminent for the suspects of the post election violence. The refusal by government to play ball with Ocampo now leaves the route open for the ICC to begin its proceedings in Kenya. But as Brenda Mulinya reports, should the suspects end up at the Hague, it will not be voluntary.

  • As long as a life was lost in the pursuit of political interests, then an injustice was carried out. Moreover, if the govt and judiciary then did little or nothing to ensure that the perpetrators were made to pay, then it's all fair that someone else should step in.
