ANSWER: NO, I DID NOT. This video is actually a remake of my first video. I first made a Newspaper Nail Art in June 2011.

Back in June 2011, I didnt even know a guru in the name of cutepolish exists.
How did I come up with this design? I was a newbie back then and I found a picture on Google, I thought it was so cool so I decided to make my own tutorial. That photo wasn't even owned by cutepolish to begin with.
I found out about cutepolish in August when I discovered her butterfly monarch nail art tutorial.

@bluegreenred5 Yea the nailpolish has to be dry otherwise it would smudge and wash off when puting the newspaper on
