  • Cool video. Sabino Canyon's a nice place, and it looks like you had a memorable stay there.

As far as camping goes, I think that "no camping in the canyon" phrasing is mostly designed to put people off from pitching tents right alongside the tram road or at the picnic pullouts, and that you're in the clear, legally, once you get 1/4 mile or more from a trailhead. Did a Forest Ranger tell you otherwise?

  • I was told to go 8 miles in I believe, they showed me on the map, and part of that had to do with the fire. He told me almost in the same breath that no one was patrolling and it didn't matter so much, the camping at least, starting a fire was for sure supposed to be in the zones they mentioned and I'm not sure I ever found.

  • cool, that place is full of extraterrestrial space ships :D

  • It looks like you had so much fun! You're too brave to hike alone... Something I can't do even in my imagination... I'm too scared. Are you ever going back there? Would like to come on one of your hikes. You seem like a pro! Would love to share my videos to you, too... Hope to hear from you...

  • haha i live like five seconds from it....yea i go to the mid school like right a cross from it.....fun

  • Been there a couple of times on hikes. I love it when the bridges flood and the trolley cant go beyond those areas. I find there are less people around when the flooding occurs. Much more peaceful.

  • Nice video but clean up your language. It lessens your video impact and you never know who is watching.

  • a lot of people keep asking me about this, so I'll just throw together a video answering most of the questions I get as best I can. thanks for checking out my videos, good times.
