I notice some people say, "they lost their house due to the economy". They don't say, " I lost my property". I'd take a 500sq ft house, place it on 5 acres, in the country and show an Aquaponics System or BIO Intensive farming; this is the new frontier, getting out of the CITY and back to the Land. "Stop playing the Corporate EMPLOYEE game."

Yeh I think I'm pretty much decided on this.
I found out about these houses when I was younger (I'm 18 now), and now I know this will definitely be my chosen living courters after college, maybe even during.

Im gonna buy a premade ZINN house when I move out of my house, Theese houses seem simple.

This is probably the record-breaking shortest amount of time someone has put into prepping for an open house!

My dream: A tiny house community. All I need is a developer to buy the land and build the houses (I can't do that stuff). Then a bunch of us that can't afford a big house but can afford what is essentially a new car payment can move there. Dear future developer: Please make this happen so I can be a homeowner!

can we see the floor plans for this tiny house?

@buddybuddy44 5 acres might be a waste of land for one person alone just to live on, but if it's for one person or even a small family to live on and grow food, and keep a small amount of livestock (ie chickens, maybe a goat and a pig) then 5 acres is about right.
someday I hope you'll consider making a tiny-ish house using universal design. we'd love to fit ourselves into a small, build-able house but we need it all to be on one level.

@Badresa I have filmed a couple that are all one level. One is called "Shotgun shack redux: mortgage-free in 320 square feet" (minus the kid's loft) and another is "DIY home for less than $3500".
