  • is that Savanna Beige? I had a 68 manual, very similar to yours. I really wish i still had it, best and most reliable car i have owned

  • @dolanzz ..Yes it is Savannah Beige - the original colour of the car. i have another video posted up showing the restoration process.....cheers !

  • you gotta tell me what exhauts you have :D

  • Just a standard muffler fitted with aftermarket 'flared' tail pipes. look similiar to standard pipes but wider. eliminates the common 'whistle' sound and is replaced with a more deeper rumble. Not too noisy, and road legal ! the wider pipes taper so they fit into the standard muffler hole.

  • hey do you love driving ur semi auto, i love mine its great!

  • without a doubt, its an absolute pleasure ! Looking forward to hitting the open road and do some serious cruzin' once its road registered !

  • Had one same color, miss it alot!

  • Excellent, it looks like new.

  • I love the Euro amber tail lights. In 1984, i ordered a set for my 1968 bug. Damm I wish I had that car back.

  • I got a question where did you get your rear tail light covers I've looked everywhere can not find the original hella covers. I'm also restoring a 1968 beetle. thats the reason I am asking

  • wow.... always loved the sound of a VW automatic starting. I had the same color beetle, a 1970, with the Automatic Stickshift, as it was called in the US. You've done a beautiful job with the car!

  • Beutiful car!
