The rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated! Soon! Post fast (ended at day 26) was very difficult on me. The last 4 videos talk alot about "the new yogayak"... well, I'm still at least a week away before releasing that new version... so... patience please! It's great to have a following, and I don't want to let you down, but this one man show was a little overbooked coming out of the fast :) Will share all on camera! Love and Light

Would love to know what happened? Did you break the fast on Day 23 as you said? I watched all of your fast videos in preparation for my fast. I would have loved to have seen how you decided to break your fast. Anyhow, thanks so much for sharing your experience! One Love.
