Mass Effect 2 Hardcore Playthrough (Episode 19) Horizon

Here's part nineteen: Very hard mission. The Scions are tough on hardcore. I brought Garrus and Miranda along. Miranda to overload shields and Garrus to blow things up. The praetorian at the end didn't give us much trouble. Can't say the same about Harbinger...

The goal is to do things SLOW. This will not be an action oriented playthrough. Half the fun is in the dialogs and I WON'T pass them just to get to the action. Mass Effect is about the history and the characters. I know I've watched my fair share of "boring playthroughs" and I love them. I like to make some popcorn and watch this kind of stuff when there's nothing else better to do ;) That said, there's still plenty of action to be found.

Are you refering to the Geth Assault Rifle?

There are some guns that came with the Digital Deluxe Edition (like mine). Others you get via DLC, others via special promotions and the Geth Assault Rifle is only obtainable at Hardcore or Insane. ;)

I just started playing this game a few days ago... what gun is that? And can you only get it on higher difficulties? The guns I have suck pretty hard on normal mode.
