This version comes from the extremely rare "45" that came and went very quickly. Wish i would have purchased it back then when it was released. Rebbie is a classic example of being "Over Shadowed" by your famous siblings. She has the talent, Style & Grace that makes her her own person but got lost in the crowd too quickly, too soon.......

I remember when I saw this on TV the first time. I actually went out and bought the "Reaction" album for this song. I wish I could find this on CD.

That's cool. I used to try to win that CD on Ebay...but it always went really high. Eventually, I got a CD burner and transferred my vinyl edition (a clean one!) to CD.

PEOPLE always remember Rebbie is the oldiest Rebbie and Jackie sang and dance around the house Jermaine singing,Tito messing w/ Joesph's guitar,Rebbie has just as much talent as them she also plays the violin,she got married and wasn't interested with it anyway and Joesph always wanted her too before Latoya,she always said no,I was surprise when she did the family show.

Hey, I've been looking for this song forever! I'm going to a local record store and see if they have this remix on .45, cause I can't find the CD anywhere!! I was like 11 or 12 when this came out. We were jumping in front of the TV like "Wow, Rebbie's got it going on". I'm glad she stayed out of the limelight, cause the press ate MJ alive. Everyday he was harassed, so I see why Rebbie said "Heck NO .... I'm staying home!"

@Rebbull4U I agree with you. She has that Jackson beauty for sure. But, as you said, this was simply a case of being eclipsed in an unusually large shadow. Janet was just starting to get it poppin', Jermaine was still trying to hang on, and of course MJ was doing his thing. Maybe another time and space would have worked out for Rebbie. Personally, I think it was good that she chose to dedicate her life to her family. That may have saved her from being "caught up" in the llife the way MJ did.
