Oh this takes me back to my own childhood. One of my earliest memories is feeding the ducks with my mum :-)) Can't wait to do this baby nr. one (arriving March 2). How early do you think children benefit from such activites?
Don't worry about the paper in the water. That is SO gonna be me! Btw, I love your videos ;-)

Yes I think they benefit, they are seeing the world around them and learning about things hands on that u can't at home, through a tv or a book, I am very much so a hands-on learner, I think it's easier to retain b/c u have attached memories along with it. Plus it's teaching her a bit of sensitivity, and how to nurture animals and be kind to their needs.

Then again anything u do w/ a child under 2 I think they learn from, rather it's a bad or good thing they are little sponges absorbing EVERYTHING!!!!!! even the stuff u don't think they see.... which can be scary. Hubby smacked my butt one morning while we were getting ready and out of no where my daughter walked in the bathroom and smacked mybutt JUST like he did and then laughed.

Mrs. Bairds. u get a massive bag that can hold 6-9 loafs for only a buck, so we usually get 3 bucks worth, about 20 loafs of bread
