Damn times have changed...and i can tell Arnold dislikes it, as back than posing was a big part of being on stage, i mean Arnold and Franky taking ballet classes to perfect their posing? Maybe i just dislike the sellout Dexter i duno :P

Maybe if he worked harder, he could've defended his title and win the 2010 Arnold. I'm glad he lost.

yea the top experts recommend between 45-60 mins of intense weight training any longer and your body enters the "over training" phase and you actually stop growing entirely...you can really hit your muscles to total exhaustion in that amount of time with the right know how...

Mike Katz, I believe, as they both were in Pumping Iron together. Mentzer had passed away by that time.

Haha, that is funny. Does any one know if he takes steroids, it does not look like it, but many of the greatest bodybuilders have including Arnold and Ronnie Coleman have admitted it. Personally , if it was not illegal in USA and made you smaller down there, I would take steroids too. Anyways, great job Dexter and good luck on Mr. Olympia next year too.

Of course he takes steroids. But from what I've read AAS does not make you "smaller down there" other than your testicles which, yeah, makes the rest look larger. lol
