This is the Virutex lock mortiser in action. A lock mortiser is used to install a lockset that is recessed into the edge of a door. A mortised door offers greater security and a cleaner look on the face of the door. This mortiser is based on the Porter-Cable 513 Lock Mortiser.   • @MultiNailer just bought a souber myself ,hell of a lot cheaper than the rest

  • why pay these prices when we are supposed to be chippies,thats why we go work to dig locks out and show our skills!!!alternatively souber dbb lock morticer jig does exactly the same,takes 2 mins to set up and is available for less than £100,lol thats what i use ha ha

  • it takes about 20 mins to set up but when your done your away making a shed load of money. I used this on a hotel job and made a fortune.

  • Damn, that thing would save me 5 minutes of drilling and 5 minutes of chiseling.
