Meredith has 2 half-sisters: Molly and Lexie. The one who had the baby is Molly and the one who is an intern is Lexie.

Yes, Molly and Lexie are sisters and have the same mom. Their mother's name is/was Susan and their father is Thatcher who is also Meredith's father.
