great video mate. Im currently 190pounds roughly 10% Body fat, i train with a high intensity method (mike mentzer) have you ever heard of it? I eat with a nutritional ratio of 60%carbs, 25% Protein & 15% fats.

just eat foods like oat meal, brown rice, fish, skinless chicken, vegetables, sweet potato, plenty of water.

@Jordanferfer the foods 4 foods that create the leanest body imagineable w/cardio and weight training(moderate weight training and high reps).TUNA,SWEET POTATOES,CHICKEN(BONELESS,SKINLESS)BANANNAS.U can throw some veggies like salad mix if u want 2.ope that helps you.good luck
