I love the captioning. Since the building was known to be exposed, why wasn't the roof given a wet down before the fireworks started??? Or was it given one, but it wasn't enough??? Thanks for uploading the excellent video.

I really don't know. Maybe because they have fireworks there all the time and it never caught on fire before.
