Video from the United States Supreme Court's website showing the life of a victim of a murder in California. This was used by the prosecution in the trial of Douglas Kelly, who was convicted of murdering 19-year-old Sara Weir. Supreme Court Justice Stevens, in his decision arguing that the High Court should have taken the case, described the film as moving, and felt that it might have generated far too much emotion into the jury's decision to impose the death penalty.
