Who ever said, if anyone, that those who furnish "public schools" and fund them i.e. the board of e(dumb)acation, had the duty of showing YOU all the, if any, truth?

@drivingiscommerce ...no I am not confusing...the fact that you are issued a SSI number makes you willing participant in/of the "USA corporation" with full benefits and privileges..which bumps you into their rule no matter what dirt you' are on in this country or another country ... to void contract is giving back SSI number ? and think there is only one way to give back the ssi number ?

I think it goes something like this ...unless you expatriate FROM the USA you are still bound to the "citizenship" first.
SURVEY OF THE LAW OF EXPATRIATION ... See Act of Mar. 2, 1907, ch. 2534, 34 Stat. 1228 (1907). As the Supreme Court has noted, ...
after all each state is suppose to be it's own little country with this "united = union" thing laid over it :)

(2of2) “ . . . In the Constitution and laws of the United States, the word ‘citizen’ is generally, if not always, used in a political sense to designate one who has the rights and privileges of a citizen of a State OR of the United States.” Baldwin v. Franks: 120 U.S. 678, at 690 (1887).
You may wish to check out the following video: "Man says he got U.S. passport while declaring NH citizenship" from RidleyReport. I was surprised to see that this man got his passport without any problems.

(1of2) “ . . . There is no inherent right in a citizen to thus sell intoxicating liquors by retail. It is not a privilege of a citizen of the State OR of a citizen of the United States.” Crowley v. Christensen: 137 U.S. 86, at 91 (1890).
Good luck on your two cases.

@Geeman4561 “...there is a citizenship of the United States and citizenship of a state,...”
Tashiro v. Jordan, 201 Cal. 236 (1927)

@Geeman4561 No. I'm in the middle of two significant cases, one red light cam case and one involving a cop who took a buddy's car without a warrant & lied in their incident report about the incident. The latter case benefits EVERYONE IN CALIFORNIA WHO HAS A CAR. Hopefully the cop will get fired for false imprisonment, perjury, and grand theft auto. And maybe prosecuted for same, however we won't be holding our breath on the prosecution part. Hope springs eternal and we have the best evidence
You're confusing USA, the dirt enclosed area, with US Inc. the CORPORATION NAMED: United States. You don't EXPATRIATE from a CORPORATION. You have a CONTRACT with US Inc for taxed benefits CREATED by the CORPORATION named UNITED STATES. The deal is to VOID the contract and reclaim your BIRTHRIGHTS via DECLARATION, just like what the FOUNDERS did back in the day. DECLARE! DON'T ASK/APPLY!

You are right. The 14th Amendment does not apply to a citizen of a State under Article IV, Section 2, Clause of the U.S. Const. You have some good cites to cases. You may want to see the ones that I have. Check out my videos, "A State Citizen Does Exist", "More On A State Citizen", and "Two Distinct State Citizens".
