Pain at the Mirwais Hospital, Kandahar Afghanistan (Sept 07)

Afghan doctor explains the lack of medication, food and services available in Kandahar hospital, Afghanistan. While a very malnourished three year old girl sits beside him, suffering tremendous pain.

Thats the problem in Afghanistan; they just need food!But when a american or western military machine bombs a field of food, then they lose the food for 500 people or more. In afghanistan they are happy to eat a piece of hard, scruffy bread and filth water.

How will the western nations help us, when they are just for their own vital interests in our countries? Thats the reality. When i see, what a propaganda they show in TV:"Harry is shooting Taliban" But reality:" H. is shooting some civilists

When the western nations would give all the money, which they give for military per year, it would be enough to feed the whole people in the world for 1 year!But to helping the people is not the interest of the western nations. Their interest are to make kapitalism and liberalism global; USA is a state with highest productivity, therefore they are profiting of their one-world-concept!And their must be some poor nations because of these concepts- thats one reason for poverty.the west destroyed us

Yes,the food would be available if other developed countries of the world woke up.There are countries where people are starving on the other hand there are countries where people are treating for obesity..some of them throw food,meals away to the dustbins 'cause they don't appreciate it,they don't realize the problems like in this video..money is dropped into wars,weapons,modern technology as mobile phones,cars etc.This system can't keep on and one day will fail.

@juancamex trust me sir, seeing the horrors in the east such as Afghanistan, I immediately fasted, and if I got the chance, despite being a pacifist, I would literally strangle Osama bin laden to death after torturing him. and I hate violence, but he has caused more suffering than many will ever know.
