not too sure, but you may not get the same result with baking it. i think the ice cream will probably melt away before the whole baking process finish off. But i could e wrong, you could try it and let all of us know:)

I just have one question. What kind of oil did you use for this. Peanut oil? Olive oil? Or something else. Just wondering.

I use sunflower oil........I think any other would work fine.....cheers
