For all you dummies out there lol,
Download the link
Extract them
plug your psp
When you plug it in make sure u go to folders and open them
When it opens grab you downloded file and put it in the root of psp NOT in psp
unplug your psp
enter the web in the serch bar
done

the address is:
file:/PSP/COMMON/title of folder in caps/index.html
example: file:/PSP/COMMON/chrome/index.

yes you can but if you are going to install it all on the Psp you will need some homebrew like Psp filer I will do a tutorial on it if you want.

This has happened because of 1 several reasons:
1. you have put the wrong thing in to the address bar make sure you put exactly this in file:/pspchrome/index.html
2. you may need to enable flash or something like that so to do this you need to do when in the psp internet browser go to tools then settings then view settings and make sure everything is enabled exept from conserve flash memory.
