Does it have 4 gyros or how did you do the differential to ailerons? Is it mechanical differential?

Nice Mods, My brother and I also modified a Tower Trainer 40. No gyros, but we have 3 way flaps, mixing and dual rates.

Great upgrade specially the flaps. I would like to see a closeup of how you hooked the flaps up cuz the ailerons use the torque rods in the center.

Total of 3 gyros. One for ailerons, one for rudder and one for elevator. For ailerons i used a y splitter. So it goes like this: Servo, y splitter, gyro and receiver. But you gotta use the different ends of the servo heads to connect to the contol surface so they go opposite ways(one goes up while other goes down). Hope this helps
