Tiberian Sun [DIGITALLY ENHANCED] Hover MLRS Attack

Hover MLRS Attack:

Although it might not be apparent at first, I've struggled very long with this movie.
I had to decide between patching up the audio file or starting from scratch.
After careful analyzes of the audio/video content I tagged the audio file as incomplete.
Meaning the audio in it is ok, but it misses certain elements.

The mistakes I noticed in this movie are:
No sounds for the convoy that is approaching the bridge.
Not a major mistake and one that was easily fixed.

Then, the Hover MLRS squad. They're viewed/followed from 3 different perspectives.
First they leap under the camera, second you follow them near the ice and third inside the cockpit of the middle one.
Did you notice the auditive mistakes?
Here it comes; the sound for the first and second camera shot is exactly the same, where the sound from the cockpit is hardly convincing as the sound the driver (or pilot?) would hear.
Certainly when a group of Hover MLRS is traveling by, it would sound different than when you travel at the same speed near them.
I corrected these mistakes by carefully browsing through hundreds of sounds that would make a good substitute, and applying them to the movie.

Last mistake was the second biggest one of the movie: the rocket explosions.
I looked at the explosion part frame by frame time and again for hours on end.
Almost each frame has a visual burst explosion from one of the detonating rockets.
Yet, the original sound file had only a handful of explosion sounds in it.
This was easily fixed by adding an explosion sound to each frame that contained a burst.

Last I added a music track, this time a Tiberian Sun original.
And maybe an ambient wind sound here and there, I don't remember to be honest, haha.
So there you go, another one was finished.
I hope you also notice how much the video quality was enhanced.
I encourage you to watch it in Full HD on Full Screen mode.

You missed out the original Hover MLRS rocket launch sound effect.

It's the same file Westwood used for Red Alert's MiG ATGMs.

Look for "hovrmis1.aud" in "C:\Westwood\SUN\tibsun.mix\so­unds.mix".

Or "missile7.aud" in "C:\Westwood\RA95\sounds.mix".

Also, it's "Tick Tank", not "Thick Tank".
