LUDMILA was formed in Athens, Greece, in May 2002. At first the band consisted Flora Ioannidi (vocals), George Apostolou (drums) x members of MAKE BELIEVE, and Nick Sofiou (guitar) and Panagiotis Konstantinidis (bass) x members of HUMAN ASTEROID. In October 2004 Panagiotis was replaced by Pantelis Kourtalis on the bass. Since November 2006 Spyros Kaminaras joined the band replacing Nick on the guitars.

LUDMILA's sound combines power guitar riffs supported by a steady but innovative rhythm section, with melodic yet dynamic vocals in English. They have completed a first four track demo, while their first 11-track album is almost ready!
