I ball mill for 5hours and my meal powder is faster than your last test.
Make sure your using a media like lead balls.
Make sure your ball mill is running at about 60rpm. If it too fast it will take much longer.

so ball mill, then granulate?? is big granulated chunks good or bad?
-
@concordskijr My ballmill has a bit low RPM, thats why i need 20-30hours..
-
@Sodcom ????? But i heard that if you ball mill for 30+ Hours it will burn at the same rate as just 12+ hours, but i don't raelly agree with this and i also think that it's down to how much milling media you use.

@appeltiser1 You will need a binder, such as dextrin.. Dextrin doesn`t dissolve in alcohol, so you should use a mix of 75% water and 25% alkohol.
-
@concordskijr say what you want, but nothing beats 30 hours of ballmilling:D
-
@Sodcom no its the other way around!
whats the song?

By meal powder, you must mean green mix. Meal powder is black powder that has been milled sufficiently in a ball mill. This is the final product before granulating to make lift powder. Green mix is just the chemicals are mixed together.
