It's not too difficult~

First, load the file you'd like to adjust/modify. Depending on Audacity version (mine might be a bit outdated, but go to (in the menu) Effect > Spectral Processor > Change Pitch. It should add that the tempo at most will be preserved during the conversion. If the menu system is a bit different, then just look through the Effects menu. It should have "Change Pitch" or something similar somewhere.
