I have 1 cup of coffee in the AM and then nothing but water all day long! (I cut the coffee down from 3+ cups...cut me some slack on that one...lol) Plus I'm juicing now!

BTW, regarding juicing...you should do a piece on that. I havent seen you do any on this or GYG. I'm not talking about recipes (although that would be awesome!!) I mean the different kinds of juicers, why you juice, and why you chose to juice!

I've been drinking fluoridated water all my life without even realizing how bad it is for my health! Really makes me angry that people put this in the water system knowing how damaging it is to our health! I think i'm going to only drink bottled water until i can buy a water distiller

hi John, regarding fluoride: there are Trace mineral drops for RO water, i've asked allot of these top companies for info on fluoride levels but they ignore and even delete polite youtube comments.

Well from the water bottles in the background ..they all contain large amounts of fluoride unfortunately it's legal in America not to post the water analysis on the bottle, but not in Canada! by law they have to nestle contains 00.4 ppm of fluoride, most contain only00.3 rofl consider yourself in the know and by the way only reverse osmosis filters out fluoride. solution is easy 1. spring, 2. reverse osmosis filter 3. atmospheric water generator 4 find a trusted bottle water company via internet

why didn't you mention SPRING WATER !!! find a local spring in nature have the water tested if its good water get 5 gallon glass bottles fill at the spring and cap it with a cork ! best water is wild water hands down it comes from the ear not a water treatment plant
