There are a million ways to deploy sound reinforcement the bad guys can't jam. Courts might not support the censorship after all. In the city, there's a need for amplification. The selective enforcement is aimed at dissent, and tolerates obnoxious car stereos banned under the same ordinance, if Boston's any model. In Boston, police are not enforcing this ordinance, because it does not hold up in court. I won such a case after the bad guys stole my gear while in use by a gov candidate
