@rachierachie46 its slightly painful the first time especially if you don't put it in at an angle and taking it out is generally painless unless it hasn't absorbed enough. Honestly just try it makes your period so much easier :) good luck

I got my period on my 15th birthday. I don't get cramps but my back hurts so I can tell when I get it in class. I just slip a pad in my sleeve and ask to go to the toilet.
