@thugproofclips Yes, Oslo was for many years called the "drug capital/heroin capital of Europe" with the highest percentage of iv-using heroin addicts and addicts to all sorts of other drugs. It's still pretty wide-spread, drug use in Norway. Weird, it's the richest country per capita, has the highest living standard, level of education, life-expectancy and all sorts of other good things to show for themselves, but ALSO the most drug addicts! Weird, if you ask me!:)
