Great video! Wow, that's a surprise. CN usually doesn't stop for Via Rail. Did it wait just out side of Brantford. If so, that would have been at Hardy. Maybe they were doing a recrew, and decided to keep the train there for an extra few minutes so they wouldn't delay the Via you were on. You were definately lucky!
