Maybe the Government also has fault but even, that rain will still cause flooding coz it was generated by a MICROBURST, similar of what happened in Singapore last year...

My aunt was in a taxi and she can feel water from the flood.

This tragedy was brought by US new weapon experiment. They`re playing GOD style technique to evade the consequences. This flood is not an ordinary flood! The new weapon of US can bring floods in desert , can create killer quake! Wow a friend of mine lives in Sitio Marna, Subangdaku, I hope she is ok. The creek runs right by where she lives. I heard the SM supermarket was flooded inside..
