Actraiser Symphonic Suite - Overture and "Bloodpool"

A full orchestra interpretation of the greatest video game score of all-time.

Overture - a rousing fanfare in the tradition of heroic epics, obviously influenced by John Williams' Star Wars theme. After a triumphant, brassy opening, the piece fades into a reflective mood.

Bloodpool - culling on elements from Aram Khachaturian, this violent yet whimsical cue depicts the protagonist's perilous trek across the lake of blood and subsequent battle with the Manticore.

Why the hell has no one made a 3rd game using the combat mechanics of the 2nd game and the over world of the first game expanded? Not only is the music amazing but the games set such a unique feel, both the 1st and 2nd game.

Good times good times, when i was a kid i got this snes with like 25 games, i was doing this thing where i play a different game every day, at first i played super mario world and yoshi's island cause i was a mario fan, around like 25 days i thought i played every game there was to play (of course i didn't really finish any) then i realized that one game wasn't in the box... as soon as i put that game in the snes, the act raiser title popped up with this song and i got my first boner. good times
