  • I am in the process of being diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis (I do have psoriasis) and never knew that milk, sugar, beef and white flour could make the arthritis worse. I'll try to cut out those foods and see how I do. I seem to be aching all over today. I did have beef last night for dinner. Hmm...
