Full documentation IE: Im an American I cant own land with out my Pinay wifes Proof!..the place is awesome But to buy from some dumb ass saying no Documents???HAHHAHAH what bank do u do buissness with>?when was the last time you bought somthing with out a contract>??

Actually we called it No Downpayment because after the Reservation Fee of Php25,000.00 next payment will be your 1st monthly amortization.

No Documents required because you don't need to submit proof of income, contract of employment etc...

These kind of advertisement is not always accurate according to some events that already happened to some unfotunate people that bought the place before it was even built as shown in TheFilipinoChannel(TFC)News.I don't trust this kind of advertisement,I would have to see a real video not some kind of graphic video.Would rather see the place get built first before buying.That way its for sure you get exactly what you want and its right in front of you.There's too many scammers in the Philippines.
