1 fairy fountain is ontop of death mountain

the 2nd one is in the feild before hyrule castle

The first one is on death mountain. That gives you the spin attack. The second one is near hyrule's castle (gives you Din's Fire). The 3rd one is in the river behind Jabu Jabu (gives you Farore's wind). The last one is near the Sand Temple (gives you Nayru's love). I really forgot where to get the extended magic bar.
