@applemlm I do these with the incorporation of speed interval training(1 exercise then 30 min slow jog and so on) and it takes me 25 min.30+cool down.

So.. the higher your heart rate = more amount of calories burned? But what about staying on a 50%-60% of your heart rate to burn fat? I am so confused right now =S

These exercises arent great and the blonde girl is worn out easily and does not have great form, not criticizing her but couldn't they find anyone better for a fitness video

@RosesOfPeace1 the exercises are useless and some injurous ,gilian is a pure clown amongst legit trainers.

if u do these and add 1 or 2 easy excersise of your own n eat healthy u should lose up to 10-13 pounds a month :)
I know most guys don't dig muscular girls, but this chick is hard-on city as far as I'm concerned.

umm there not supposed to, they working out so they will look flattering when going out..not working out
