The Battle for Axis Mundi - Animatic Preview

So I feel like I definitely owe it to all you patient folks to upload this. I had a class this semester in college called "Visual Thinking," and for our final project we had to create a storyboard on paper, scan the drawings, color and shade them in Photoshop, and animate them in Premiere Pro. Since I am in the middle of animating The Battle for Axis Mundi, I decided to base my story board off of the part that I am about to animate. So, here it it, your first official preview of my latest film.

The music was made by me in Mixcraft. The sound effects that I used are from Dragonball Z and Super Smash Brothers and are just for fun, and won't be in the actual film.

For those of you not in the loop, this film is being made in Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, but the characters will be animated just like in any other computer generated film. That's awesome! Thanks for the little preview! Question: what happened to the evil being? He appeared to be the big bad in your initial teaser on LG's forum. Has he been replaced? Or is the evil being the big bad, and that thing the bigger bad? Or is the Evil being the big bad, and that black creature thing the dragon? Or, is he the dragon with an agenda? Or does he morph into it? Also, you stated that those sound effects will not be used in the final cut, but what about that musical score?

@HaydenStudios Most of those are questions that arise because this is right in the middle of the film. If I told you all the answers, then I'd basically be describing all the plot twists that I have so far.

As for the music, I will probably use it, or at least something that sounds a lot like it, in the final film.

This is very good for an animatic. I know it's the final product that counts the most (my sister's animatics for her projects used stick figures lol), but I really enjoyed the colors, focus, and the backgrounds. And if this is going to mix rct3 with animation, count me in on the "excited" list!

I like the concept of the story so far. I can see this turning out to be a great project.
