Tang Wei should not be BLACKLISTED! Yet Tony gets an award. He should throw that award away.

Exactly 30 minutes after seeing Lust, Caution.........masterpiece. Everyone was magnificent, Leung was wonderful as always. A shame Tang Wei is being treated the way she is in China. Leung gets an award and Wei gets blacklisted. Very progressive China.

insider reveals that tang wei was blacklisted in mainland china is because she was asked to sleep around with some influencial people in the film industry but she refused to do that kind of thing and so the high political people banned her. selling sex in china is a very common thing in china. they believe tang wei was pretending to be noble and yet she played a whore in the film. this might angered a lot of rich and powerful men.

tony leung is a hong kong actor and blacklisting in mainland would be meaningless, he can continue to work regardless of being blacklisted. besides tony leung is too famous to be blacklisted.

yeah stupid. if the sex scen was too much for asia film award. then tony leung should also be blacklisted. nothing against him, don't get me wrong. i like him, i think he is a great actor but why does it always affect females.

Yes, it is unfair. I'd expected him to had offered his award to Tang Wei, as a symbolical and supportive gesture. I don't know why he didn't.

Chinese are still very sensitive about Japanese and that war; what they failed to noticed however is that Lust, Caution is mostly a love story and should be treated as such. It's not the first not the last time one might fall in love with his/her enemy. So sad for Tang Wei. Her performance was brilliant!
