This is a bit of an interview I did with Donald Robertson, a British psychotherapist and author of the forthcoming book, Philosophy and CBT. The interview discusses the influence of Stoicism on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I called it part 3 cos there were other bits to the interview but i never got round to posting them so this is all.

You can read more about Stoicism and CBT at www.politicsofwellbeing.com and www.newstoa.org
