Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Flip-Swap Galaxy - Think Before You Shake - 32.25

Here is a full run of the 'Think Before You Shake' star in Flip-Swap Galaxy. This run went pretty well. There is one other section where you can possibly do the trick near the check point, but from my tests, I actually got a worse time using it so I'm not sure what to conclude about that.

You just need to do a long jump after spinning to switch the platforms. That is how high the long jumps will take you on those platforms when they are moving up.

@packattack04082 Wait, so you spin while on the ground or spin after jumping, and when you hit the ground, do a long jump?

You spin while you were on the ground, then almost immediately do a long jump. It doesn't work 100% of the time but if you get good at the timing, it isn't overly difficult to do.

I'm sure that there is a faster route that will shoot you straight to the star, but that would be tough to pull off.

I am not sure if there is a faster route to land on the star or not. None of the locations I've tried get you there in a fast hit. I have improved this time though to 30.11 now.  I don't know if I'll bother uploading a video or not but I have the run recorded .

@ClubPenguin09100 To get Luigi you have to beat the Bowser level in World 6.

To do a long jump you have to tap Z then quickly press A while running. (the long jump in this video is the superbounce version, you will never get that high or far using a regular long jump)

To get a Gold Power Star you need to complete the level without using the Cosmic Guide.
