  • isnt that water from the buckwheat called rejuvelac?

  • Definitely not. Rejuvelac is made from sprouted wheat or other grains. Buckwheat isn't "wheat" and it isn't a grain. The water is just a pinkish slimy liquid. I don't know of any used for it. Give it to your plants.
