Border Patrol Vehicle Parked in Front of Polling Place

We were dispatched to a polling place in Oro Valley where there were reports of a Border Patrol truck parked just at the entrance to a polling place, Copper Springs Elementary School, in Oro Valley, AZ (just north of Tucson).
Sure enough, it was there, and we found its driver.

If there was a legitimate problem LE or voting officials would have taken care of it. I'd be more concerened with a couple guys creeping around with a camera and a huge flashlight looking to "create" a sitaution that would make for "good" footage. If you are a NORMAL voting American who WANTS to change the political situation...you're going to go vote. Regardless of who or what is parked outsite. Way to go Nancy Drew....

what a tool, i work in law enforcement and if i was him and something happened to my family or vehicles, i'd take his butt to court. if this was such and interference with the voting process, why did they wait til only 1 hour left til the polls closed, the whole thing is stupid, people wantin to play police should stay home, did u notice the mag light he was carrying, like i said....what a tool!!!!

There are, as you say, people who have been executed and later proven to be absolutely innocent. There are people who have been absolutely innocent who have been on death row and then "pardoned".

Intimidating? Excuse me? Why would a BP vehicle, or any LE agency vehicle be found intimidating to anyone but a criminal or illegal alien? I'm sorry but your reason for the clear harrassment of this gentleman in his home is completely ridiculous, not to mention politically motivated. Any excuse to harrass a Law Enforcement agent huh? Maybe you were hoping to catch him saying something foolish on film? Well he treated you far better than you deserve, what goes around comes around, remember that.
