    Chara isn't norris caliber. He's top 10 (maybe even top 5) potential, but not #1. He obviously got the best shot and reach, but in skating, offensive abilities etc he's not top tier. Way above average yes, but definitely not the best as there's TONNES of capable d men in the league excluding Karlsson. Saying "all time" is just ridiculous...I don't think even most die-hard Bruins fans would say that much.

    Dude. It's generally conceded that the Bruins are collectively the biggest dirtbags in the game. One or two little petty examples of the Canucks doing something shady doesn't measure up to the litany of greasy plays by marchand et al. Dude looks and plays like a rat.
