@Maniakq1 First off this is the real damn story. Nick was not intoxicated at all period. They did alcahol test and it all came back negative. Now leave Nick and Terry alone, would you and everyone else stop believeing what TMZ and the rest of the media says. The media did not tell eveyone that terry paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to Johns mom cause she was homeless. And when John had no family terry practically took him in a son and let john live with him.

okay, so im wasted with a friend and i choose to get in a car with no seat belt on. im fine with him driving. i made the decision to not wear a seat belt. we're having a blast speeding while intoxicated, we end up crashing and getting seriously injured, so its both our faults. but my parents sue my friend since hes okay and blame it all on him even though he doesnt control my actions...cool now my parents are rich since they sued my rich friend and im mentally challenged
