JPFO - Talkin' To America.
Part One - Interview with Edwin Vieira, Jr. author and attorney, on the individual right of gun owners, relative to the Supreme Court case of Heller vs DC and the interpretation of the second amendment.
Due to the YouTube run time restriction of 10 minutes, this item has been split into sections.
Mr. Vieira appears very intellectual, but he missed the post-Civil War SC case giving the recently freed blacks explicit individual guarantees to the right to bear arms. The argument being, if the newly freed slaves were not given the liberty to bear arms, then they were not truly free.

@saved03 you seem to be correct, because a legal malitia exists if the public is allowed to have high tech weapons. also, they wouldn;t be trying to take away our 306 if 25 306's can't take down a jet.

Well regulated is not in referrence to regulations. It is referring to a well trained milita. Milita in not the National Guard or Police. Look up the defination of milita and it will say different.
