My new book

My blog
http://kentanakalovesyou.blogspot.com/

In this video I visit a night market in Taipei, Taiwan. Night Markets are famous for their tasty Chinese Food. I tried shrimp fried rice (Ebi Chahan) which is commonly served in Chinese restaurants in Japan. I also accidentally ordered a dish that looks a lot like stinky tofu...my old enemy.

Oh, and if anybody is wondering, my back is doing better. I still have to take lots of yucky pharmaceutical drugs...like Neurontin, Robaxin, and some others...but I have been swimming and playing more regularly and doing lots of physical therapy exercises. Thanks for your support everybody..

  • 臭豆腐の臭いは慣れるまでは強烈ですね。

    でも滞在から帰る頃には、あのニオイあってこその台北と思えます。

    でも食べる勇気はない...

  • @hanzimaster No not so spicy compared to the Korean one ;)

  • 丫挺的都是中国的、、。、

  • both Tofu and Doubanjiang start with the same word "To" or "Do"

    which means soy beans.

The dish you ordered is not traditional stinky tofu, it's a deep fried variant that taste like agedashi tofu in Japanese cuisine
